Encouraging others to commit a felony, crime or attack against an individual, entity or public or private property or promoting hatred. Incitement often leads to acts of discrimination, harm or threats against vulnerable groups who are more subjected to this speech than others. Hate speech can be in the form of posts, articles, video clips, images or sound. An example of hate speech includes incitement on Hebrew social media against Palestinians that promotes hatred against Palestinians and calls for killing or attacking them.
